Can I amend/cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately no. I try to have your order processed as soon as possible, so I am unable to cancel your order after payment has been made. Please thoroughly check every detail provided before making payment!

Disclaimer: Items may appear different in person due to screens having varied resolutions and saturations. Also please note all of my products are made by hand so each one is unique and wonderfully imperfect. If the product arrives and it is not what you ordered or is damaged, please reach out and we will make it right. However, we do not refund or replace orders for being the unique piece that they are.
Shipping:
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days. This may be longer during holidays and busy seasons, but I strive to get your orders to you quickly.
All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage
- Standard Ground Advantage Shipping is $5.00 flat rate
- Estimated delivery is 2-5 days after your order has been shipped (within the 48 continuous States) but please note that during the holidays USPS often experiences delays!
- Please double check that you have entered your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for your package being delivered to the incorrect address if the address was not entered correctly at checkout.
- If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, we are happy to reship at buyers expense.
- If you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once just let us know! We will refund the extra shipping costs, as long as you message before we ship the items.
What do I do if it says my package says delivered but I haven’t received it?
Once the package has been shipped it is out of our hands. You will need to contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product. USPS says “ If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date..” Here's the link to go make a claim if your package hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged.
- According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 90 days before we are able to file a claim. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame, so we can find a solution.
Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please remember that we are a small business and products are made one at a time by hand. If you have worn jewelry we cannot in good faith resell that item to a new person, nor can we sell a pre-loved plushie. We do not have the capital to eat the losses of returns at this time. Custom Orders:
We do take some custom orders. These are usually based on designs we have already done in my shop, but in different colors or themes. Custom orders will take 5-8 business days. Please reach out on our contact page or via Instagram for custom requests. Custom work does add an additional cost.
How should I care for my earrings?
- Polymer clay is flexible and durable, however, should still be handled with care. Please do not bend the clay. Earrings should be stored in a cool, and dry place. (Not the bathroom)
- Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them or refund you depending on inventory.
“Why do your plushies say not intended for children?”
My plushies are made with adults in mind. This isn’t to say that kids cannot have them, but they are recommended for 14 years and up. Part of the reason I choose to make plushies and fidgets for adults is because I’ve noticed a lack of options for adults in the market, and I also think WE deserve them! I know many neurodivergent adults who love their fidgets and plushies. I mean come on, you don’t outgrow needing comfort and support!
The other reason these are intended for adults is because some children chew/pick at their stuffies which could expose polyfil stuffing which is a choking hazard. These are also not made for pets so please do not give them to your four-legged friends!
Please note we are not responsible accidents that result from misusing our products! If given to a child, please have adult supervision. Do not microwave your plushies.
“Can these help with mental health?”
In my experience yes! I do believe that these plushies can boost your mood, help with stress and anxiety, and offer a fidget or stim for ADHD or Autism. I have had customers voice that they also received support from their plushies and help with their mental health. However, please note nothing sold here is meant to cure or diagnose medical conditions. I am not a medical professional and these are not medical devices and cannot provide medicinal relief. But hopefully they can offer you some support!
