Let's get to it! I know you are wondering about a few things
Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days typically. This may be longer during holidays and busy seasons, but I strive to get your orders to you quickly.
All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage
- Standard Ground Advantage Shipping is $5.00 flat rate
- Estimated delivery is 2-5 days after your order has been shipped (within the 48 continuous States) but please note that during the holidays this time may increase!
Custom Orders:
I do take some custom orders. These are usually based on designs I have already done in my shop, but in different colors or themes. Custom orders will take 5-8 business days. Please reach out on my contact page or via Instagram for custom requests to see if it is doable. Custom work does cost more.
Items may appear different in person due to screens having varied resolutions and saturations. Also please note all of my products are made by hand so each one is unique and wonderfully imperfect.
- Can I amend/cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately no. I try to have your order processed as soon as possible, so I am unable to cancel your order after payment has been made. Please thoroughly check every detail provided before making payment!
